Bought this phone 6 months ago, and reception is POOR! I thought it was Comcast, considering this phone has hardly been used. It has progressively getting worse. Hopefully I can still return it!

The unit I bought was non-functioning out of the box. I installed batteries and plugged my two-line phone wire to the corresponding connection on the phone. I could then make calls using the phone, but the line selector buttons wouldn't easily change from one line to the other and when they did they'd make very loud static popping noises. The worst though, was that it wouldn't hang up -- set the handset into the receiver and the line would stay open.
I bought this unit because it was the only instance of a basic 2-line, non-answering machine, wired phone in the store, and those requirements were my need.
At the price point I wouldn't expect a lot, but this is a very low quality unit. Fit and finish of the parts are generally cheap, and I'm sure part of the problem with this unit poor fit and sloppy assembly of electrical parts.
I will personally avoid this brand in the future.

The reception is not great with these phones - which is odd becasuse they are corded.
